Serious goals require serious training. While our group programs are very comprehensive, some goals require extra support, and some people prefer extra care.
Steph has limited availability to take individual clients. This is tailored to meet your unique needs, you'll work with Steph to develop a plan to reach your goals. Then you'll work together to carry out the plan. Coaching clients receive individualized training plans at affordable rates.


TELEHEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY
Steph is also licensed in several states to provide virtual Physical Therapy services. That means you’re able to schedule appointments at your convenience. You don’t need to see a doctor first or get a referral. You’ll get exactly what you need to heal and stay healthy, active, and involved in your life without pain meds, injections, or surgery.
